yes the damage from those subs in that car is inevitable. Sell the 13s and get some 10s you won't regret it. Those Slash 1000s would be perfect for the 10s. maybe just sell 1 of your 13s and put one amp on each of the coils giving the sub 2kw. it can take much more as I said.

it would make me sick after about 20 minutes, its bass equivlant to poking your ear drums with a stick. 
hell yeah it would be plenty loud in a hatch. but it obviously depends all on your preference. i love my system to be hitting AT LEAST 150's. my current setup metered at 152.9
