Default Adding base to the Z.

Hey guys, looking to add a little base to the z. Haven't heard a lot of other audio systems in people cars besides for a 15 in sub with like a 1200rms amp. Im not looking for that much bass. I listen from rock to rap, and i like to turn the bass up on some rap songs and jam. Recently a listing on craigslist came up: a 12 inch type r in box with a 500rms alpine amp for 250 bucks. i think im going to jump on it if its a good deal. Is this going to satisfy my audio needs? thanks guys!

For $250, that's not bad.
