Default Doors wired backwards?

Hi,
I just bought this car, and it seems the doors are wired in reverse. Normally, after the car is turned off, when you open the drivers door it cuts the power off, however in this car, this happens with the passenger side door. I'm not sure where to start with this any ideas? The car has an after market stereo, perhaps something is reversed there?

Both doors should cut power (with key removed/engine off). If the driver's side door doesn't do it, then there is a problem with the driver's side door switch. It is in the latch. The switch either needs to be adjusted, cleaned, or replaced.
