need help on my work truck...

need help on my work truck... i have an 02 dodge dakota w/ a 4.7L auto 4x4 and my buddy installed an aftermarket cd player in it. but now my damn dash lights dont work. everything else does but they don't. winters comming and i need to get it fixed asap. any help would be greatly appreciated. my email is whiteknight91rs@yahoo.com thanks in advance for any help/ videos.

all of my fuses are good to go..i will check the orange and white asap...i am thinking bout ordering the right connector peices from the aftermarket radio and then replace the stock harness and put it together properly w/ out any taped wires

sounds like the dimmer light may be connected to a ground. I would double check.. and check again.. the connections to your radio. I find it ALWAYS worth the money to buy the two harnesses and just snap them together

thats what i would up doing.. going to take the radio back out and then put the right harness back to the stock harness and then do the clippidy thing and if that doesnt work i will put another guage cluster in it
