Car trying to start while running.

Car trying to start while running. Hey guys I searched already and can't really find what I need, that being said...
I recently installed a new clutch master cylinder, before install everything worked 100% fine, (except clutch obviously) and my viper alarm, I had already disconnected it because the remote is broken.
To my horror, I discovered the ******** that put in my viper did a mickey mouse job and it looks terrible wires ran/shoved everywhere...
When I threw everything back together, viper still unplugged, my car makes a horrendous noise while running like its trying to start still.... I'm lost.
Any help would be much appreciated!
