Nice dude!! Thanks! Well the fans seem to work fine but the switch was in the down position when I found it so that could be high or low. I'll put it in the middle and start my car and see if the fans are on then I hit a selection and see if they come on. There are no lights to indicate either one tho. Thank you again!
Nice find. I think the way the fan switch worked was that it could be used without the engine running. So key on, but engine off and then flip the switch to see if it does anything.

well they dont sell it anymore and when they did these cars werent as tested and modified as they are now... honestly i think its kinda pointless personally.
i have the same fan switch from slp. the center position is auto, so they come on when they need to. up or down depending on how it was mounted is manual override, high and low respectively.
