How do these replacement speakers look? (Read the FAQ)
How do these replacement speakers look? (Read the FAQ) So I have a 99SS with an aftermarket Ipod HU and long ago replaced the door speakers with some good aftermarket Alpines. Now the ones in the sail panels/trunk area have gone to **** and I want to replace both sets. I was wondering how these sets look to someone with more experience than me-
I am not an audiophile and am only looking for a cheap solution that will easily sound better than the stock Monsoon crap anyway-

I have no stereo experience so I'm looking for straight plug and play here. Will these suffice? Thanks for any help.

I just installed Rockford Fosgate Punch P1675's in my sail panels, and P165's in the doors. The 6.5" speakers in the door were actually just a little small, I think the 6.75"s would have worked a little better. I *love* the sound, and I'll love it even more when I get an amp in a couple weeks or so!

I don't see any reason why they wouldn't. Looks like they're sold individually, so make sure to buy two. Maybe one of the LS1 experts could chime in though, I'm only familiar with the LT1 cars.
