will this Alternator work with ls swap? i found this Alternator for sale local only a month old wondering if it is a good one to go with for my 5.3 swap in my bmw..

that's was matches the part numbers he gave me and he said the plug on back is a 2 pin... will this work for me? i don't have my harness for my swap yet so i have no plug to compare it to.... will i only need one wire from my truck pcm to tell it to charge? from what i found it should be a 145 amp Alternator
just seems to be lots of confusion when i search for Alternator info on these swaps..
