weird 5-channel amp

Default weird 5-channel amp
WTF is this?

this is supposed to be a 5-channel amp, but looking at the terminals, the front 2 and the rear 2 channels are each running left & right channels in series with each other....so unless i'm mistaken, this would be mono for front + mono for rear, correct? unless they're doing some weird kinda magic to make it actually stereo....

the amp is a Soundstream P5.610
