Sideview mirrors motor replacement?

Sideview mirrors motor replacement? My car came with the powered side view mirrors and i can only make an up and down adjustments on the driver side and the passenger side is completely dead. since the housing is painted i really do not want to replace the whole thing, just the motor. Is it possible?

However; I'd get out an electrical tester and test your switch first. I would expect that having both motors fail on you at the same time would be very uncommon. The switch (or its connector) is a single point of failure here.
