Will these fit the sail panel? 
Will these fit in a 2002 Firebird's sail panel?
Is it the right kind?

depends do you have monsoon system or not?
if NOT then yes they are the right number of voice coils, but I cannot EVER suggest buying that brand.
if it IS a monsoon system then NO it won't work because it's only got 1 voice coil, which I guess technically you could hook up just one of the 2 sets of wires and leave the other disconnected but then you are giving up HALF the power going to the speakers.
there is a reason these things are so cheap, please do yourself a favor and do it with quality parts.
