Switchback halo idea Hello I am considering getting the Switchback Halos when I order my BLS HID kit for my 98 Camaro. I have read a few threads about the halos and people are having problems with them switching correctly since our drl module and turn signals are together.
I am wanting to eliminate the 3157 bulb and completely black out the outside of the housing to where it will no longer be functional, since I will use the halos as my turn signal lights. I was curious if I were to do the DRL delete mod I could hook up the white leds to a constant power and the amber to the turn signal wire.
Would this work so that it stays white during normal operation then once I use my turn signal it will flash amber/off? I would also make it to were if I needed to put my 3157 socket and bulb back I would be able to.
