'01 T/A Vert Needs Speakers Hello All,
I am looking for some Great Speakers for my '01 T/A WS6 Vert. The Monsoon Amp has been removed and I replaced the Head Unit with a Pioneer NEX-8200.
Presently I do not have an Amp, as most I found in the past have issues during 6-10 hour road trips.
I listen to a wide range of music, but heavy on Rock (shinedown, nickleback and the chilli peppers) and Soundtrack Classical to include Lindsey Sterling.
For Road trips I burn through the Audio Books.
Right now I am looking at these 2 speakers, any other suggestions are most welcome.

I am not an expert but you need to have speakers with a thin or narrow magnet for the rear so they don't crash with the frame of your top. There is a big sticky in the stereo section. Do people ride in your back seats? I am doing something but it is not conventional.

The back seat area is dedicated to my Dive Gear. I am about to add a pair of 6"x 9" speakers in boxes (plug in) wired to an amp held in by the seat belts. I doubt I will ever stuff people back there but it might get in the way of your dive gear.

I put these in my winter beater (toyota corolla) with a cheap planet audio 4 channel amp it soulds killer. in my 98 Z28 vert i have a very loud expensive set up but i wanted something testicular but not over the top because i only use the car in winter when i can not chase the sun in the vert. it sounds amazing and i was out the door for under a grand with wiring install speakers and excelon single din head unit
