Android radio WITHOUT DVD player

Android radio WITHOUT DVD player Does anyone know of an Android radio that they do not have the CD/DVD player in?
I want something that is not as deep and for the life of me can't figure out with everything being Bluetooth, and easily found or converted to avi, mp3 etc now why there would be options for this!
Who buys or listens to CD's anymore?
They could build such a smaller radio so we didn't need to cut and shoehorn these things in our cars.
Beggers can't be choosers but I'd like something without the big chrome plastic ****!

I was looking at this pioneer one. Not a android but always had good luck with pioneer.
People also have a post about a off brand Joying screen that they like for $250.
Pioneer AppRadio 4 SPH-DA120 6.2-Inch Capacitive Touchscreen Smartphone Receiver.
Also wondering what's a good unit to update our cars. Would like a screen and navigation that uses google maps.
