Car Lights On the passenger side of my car the brake light and blinker will not work. At night the lights work in the back but the brake light and blinker won't work. I have already tried changing the bulbs.

Knowing what kind of car would be helpful. For example, Firebirds have multiple brake/signal bulbs making it less likely to be a burned out bulb. Some Camaro model years have separate turn signals while others share brakes and signals.
The bulbs are dual filament so the fact that the running lights work does not mean that the brake light filament in the bulb isn't burned out. You can test for power and ground at the bulb sockets using a test light or multimeter. If you have both then either the bulb or socket corrosion is the problem. If you don't then you need to trace the wiring to find out why.
