Battery relocation
I was just going to run 0 gauge from the battery to a breaker then to the terminal under the hood.
Ground right near the battery that I will mount at passenger rear spare tire area.
Any need to rout directly to alternator and starter?
What do I do with my old battery cables up front?
Thanks
I have a diagram somewhere, ill look for it and post it.
EDIT: Cant find diagram, but heres how i have it.
-Battery grounded to rear pass frame rail
-Battery positive to cut off switch "power in"
-1 wire coming off the cut off switch "power in" side, running to alternator.
-2 wires coming off cut off switch "power out" side
1. directly to starter
2.to Fuel pump hot wire kit (if you not have a hotwire kit for fuel pump, dont worry about it.)
-1 wire from same starter peg as hot lead comes in on, to under hood fuse block
-1 ground off driver side engine block to driver side shock tower
-1 ground off passenger side engine block to passenger side shock tower.
I used 0g Oxygen free cable. Dont skimp out on the cable either. Its worth it to spend the extra $ and get something thats nice and flexible.
Heres a diagram i found online that is pretty much what i did. Assuming its your WS6 you wont have to worry about the different chassis and body grounds like it shows. And the only thing missing (other than the fuel pump hotwire) is the addition ground off the block i added.
