Updating 2000 TA Audio Functionality

Updating 2000 TA Audio Functionality So I want to bring my TA up to date with current technology with an aftermarket audio receiver but I am a little lost on what all I can do. I have an old aftermarket cd deck which really doesnt work well anymore (its 15 years old) and am looking to take the easy road and just buy a new one at best buy and have them install it as my current life doesn't really allow me the time to tinker with stuff. Here is what I would LIKE to have the ability to do but need help about the feasibility of it all and looking for advice if it is feasible.
1.) Have a double din receiver put in
2.) Have a receiver with built in bluetooth so I can "stream" songs from my phone
3.) Enable the use of my steering wheel audio controls with the new after market one...I lost this functionality when I installed the current aftermarket cd deck.

I installed a Pioneer AVH-1300NEX as well as a Metra double din kit and an Axxess ASWC-1 steering wheel interface on my Z28 a few weeks ago...
the Pioneer has Apple car play (if you use an Iphone) and it also has bluetooth and it came with a remote mic (i didnt install that)
so far I love it

Best Buy may not be willing to install a double DIN because it isn't in their list of things that will fit. It will fit but requires a replacement trim bezel and a little modification in the dash opening (bend or remove the original rear radio support and a little minor trimming around the opening behind the bezel). Besides, Best Buy may even tell you that you need complete rewiring because it's a Monsoon system (total BS but they don't know any better).
It really is a simple install but be prepared for some resistance.

Buy from Crutchfield and they'll include the bezel and adapters. Then select the option for them to assemble the wiring for you. When the package gets to you it's essentially plug and play and can be installed in about 10 minutes with just a screwdriver.
