Default Gauges in the double din

Is there a way to run something like a tach through the double din?

It depends on the double DIN. Pioneer units with AppRadio have the capability built in. If you have Android Auto, you can connect phone apps with an OBD scanner and then put them on your head unit through Android Auto. If you have screen mirroring then you can use any number of phone/OBD port apps to display on your head unit.

The biggest thing to watch out for is responsiveness... most of these options don't refresh quickly so even though they work well for some gauges, a tach display may not be responsive enough.

Ok....bummer. i was hoping it would have a good refresh rate to keep me from mounting a tach in the car that did. Still could be useful tho . Thanks
