One high beam will not work.

One high beam will not work. Hi, so I recently just purchased a 1999 TransAm to replace the WS6 that got hit. It's in pretty good shape, but I'm having problems with the passenger side light going up and down (sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. I'm going to try the 180* trick, and if that doesn't work, of course replace it with another headlight motor.)
But my problem is with the driver side high beam. The bulb had water in it, so that's an obvious reason for it not to work, but the new bulb won't work either! I swapped it with the passenger side that DOES work, and the new bulb works in the passenger side, and the bulb that worked 5 seconds ago does not work on the driver side. I imagine the water could have caused a fuse to blow or something, but I don't see any fuses specifically for high beams. What could this be?
