Default Misfire no engine code

I have a 1995 Pontiac Trans am lt1 6 speed manual. It has pacesetter lt headers pacesetter, off road y pipe, no cats, magnaflow muffler, k & n Cai, blocked egrs 134,xxx miles replaced fuel pump, sending unit, fuel filter, spark plugs and wires about 2 months ago. o2 sensors are maybe 2 years old
A few months ago I had to replace my water pump as it was leaking out the weep hole which ended up taking out my optispark and blowing the ignition fuse. Replaced cap and rotor same thing. I've replaced the opti about 4 times now and finally bought an ac Delco reman through rock auto and put it in yesterday started it got to near red line was running good. Perfect acceleration no miss no hiccups nothing parked the car after going up and down the road. Got back in to go to a friend's house and now it sounds like it is cammed and has an idle of around 1500 when I start it which smooths to about 950ish after then the rpms start bouncing a little bit will pick up and drop interior lights as well as headlights will flicker now and again. I'm at a complete loss now and dk where else to look. Any and every help would be appreciated as this is my only means of transportation back and forth to work.

The flickering lights sounds more like an alternator issue, which is common on these cars. Start there; voltage issues can wreak havoc with the PCM, possibly causing your idle problems.

Decided to re-check my work and found 2 sparkplug wires touching the headers. Replaced them cleared most of the misfire issue. The voltage reads over 13 on the guage while running so could be too strong of an alternator? I'm not really in a position to spend money though However I think I have narrowed it down to the I.A.C I only have a set of hand tools so I can't really troubleshoot. While idling if turn heat or A.C. on the rpms drop drastically and nearly stalls the car out

It should be charging anywhere between 13.8 to 14.2. Throw a good load on it (like AC on full blast to kick on both the cooling fans) with a meter across the battery and see how far it drops. Also do a load test on your battery to rule that out as well.

I'll have to check tomorrow after I repair the radiator. The plastic portion has a nice crack in it. I'm gonna try the old baking soda and super glue trick and see how well that holds up otherwise I'll have to replace it. I will update when I can. Thank you for the help!

Ok so I attempted the old baking soda and super glue trick and it held for maybe a few hours. Voltage seems to have leveled out and not much of the issue anymore. However When I turn the heat/ac on the rpms drop to 500 climb up to maybe 850-900 then drop again. Is this a cause of IAC? When I left work started it up idled at about 1500 then leveled off gave it gas it stuttered a bit until about 1500 and a puff of black smoke came out but that's the only time I noticed black smoke.
