Which fuse/relay?

There is no single fuse for all of those devices. If you mean that the HVAC, etc. are working but inaccessible because of the display not working then the fuse you want is F13 DISPLAY in the instrument panel fuse panel. Otherwise, there are various fuses for the HVAC and radio - some are in the IP fuse panel while others are in the rear compartment fuse panel. All of this is listed in your owners manual in the Vehicle Care section.

the radio is working fine.
it’s all of the components on the two main dials under the radio.
1. Blower fan
2. A/C
3. Defogger
4. Rear Defogger
5. Seat heaters.
I’ve literally checked all the fuses under the hood and in the cab and not sure where else to check.

You can get a basic multi-meter cheap at various places. If there is a Harbor Freight nearby, the cheapest meter they have is often free with coupon. Home Depot and Lowes have some too.
