Default Consolidating engine fuse boxes

This may be a bit confusing but bare with me. I have a 02 firebird 3.8 auto that has been converted to ls t56. The engine ECM is on a stand alone harness with its own fuse cluster and fuel pump relay. I have no a/c and the abs doesn't work since I have a 9" rear. I'm also running stand alone guages since the harness has ouputs for everything and it's own obd-2 port

So I'm wanting to see what I can remove wiring wise from the oe under hood fuse/relay boxes hoping to get them consolidated to one box.

Here's a pic of the panel some of this stuff I know I can ditch like fan related stuff fuel pump stuff. But something's I'm unsure of the smudged ones are eng Ctrl,I/p-1, IGN, and I/p-2

guess this is a little more complicated subject then I thought?

I managed to find a description of the fuses that helped eleminate somethings but still have a few more I need help on

PCM Bat which is listed as powertrain control module.... this should be part of the stand alone system since it has all the connection for my transmission and it provides no feedback to the OE system
ABS Bat-1 listed as anti-lock brake system Module speed sensors arent even hooked up so im thinking this is good to remove
ABS bat-2 ABS and TCS which I dont have so im thinking this is good to go also

block 2
Starter relay- I still use factory column and such so I think this one is requred
IGN- engine controls cruise control and air conditioning- I think the stand along handles all the engine stuff, cruise control is gone, AC if I do install it on this car it would be a vintage air system to keep the firewall flat and modernize the controls so im thinking this ones safe to go as well
PCM IGN - again PCM not sure if needed?
A/C Cruise AC compressor relay and cruise control system which is gone I think im safe here also

That leaves critical fuses to consolidate being
maxi mini style
LH HDLP dr
FH hdlp DR
Horn
Strtr
Eng CTRL (which im not sure if I need this is ignition module automatic transmission and charcoal canister stuff which not sure if any of that even works?

Big Maxi-
H/L dr Horn
I/p-1 (HVAC controls and relay
Ign (igintion switch realy and starter enable relay)
I/P-2 instrumenat panel fuse center)

Relays-
Fog lamp
HornStarter
IGN

this doesnt account for the ones in question but If I can eleminate those I think I could relocate wires into one module and tidy things up quite a bit

I would think this would be a simple matter of selectively pulling fuses that you suspect you don't need and then running the car to see if anything is missing. A little trial and error should get you a list of unnecessary fuses.
