cheapest keyless entry So I've been doing my research on trying to install a keyfob for keyless entry in my 99 firebird and I've figured out that my car didn't have the AU0 keyless entry code. What are my options for trying to install keyless entry in the cheapest way possible?
I've looked into buying a new BCM but the main issues with that is that they're currently 170 usd, and I don't know if there is any way to check if the bcm has keyless entry programmed into it. Would I need to buy a keyless entry transmitter on top of the bcm? Should I just look for other options for keyless entry? If so what recommendations do you all have?
