Default need to rewire knock sensor to harness

Long story short, when I replaced my motor mounts I jacked the engine up and ended up severing the wires from the knock sensor to the harness., just past connector towards the harness. Without removing a whole lotta stuff, is there a way to splice into the existing harness by the PCM to reconnect, and if so, how do I figure out the wires. From my research, it seems that I need to connect to pin 11 and 51.

thanks

Which engine? The LT1Swap web site below should be able to answer your harness and pin number questions.

my next step is to find the corresponding wires at the wire harness by the pcm, as there is no way to get to the harness behind the engine. I've already rewired the harness-side KS connector, so its just a matter of wiring them directly to the PCM harness wires. It's interesting to note that the wires from the knock sensor are fairly thick, while the corresponding wires in the harness going into the PCM are thin. I plan to splice the wires from the rebuilt connector to harness at the PCM and isolate the old wires behind the engine.

Cut out the bad wire, solder in the good wire, cover solder with waterproof heat shrink. Done.

Got it done today. Hardest part was threading the new harness through all the stuff at the back of engine to connector. Thanks for all your assistance.
