Derale fans ground trigger wires.

Derale fans ground trigger wires. I need to wire in the ground wire triggers for my derale fans, where is everyone tapping into them, is it possible to put them in the fuse box from one of the old fan relay pins since I'm running a new fan harness?

When I wired mine up I grounded the relays to the frame. I then used the stock wiring to trigger the new fan relays and grounded the fans through the stock fan wiring.
However, after my new alternator when my fans are running my gauge in the dash reads about 13 volts, so I wonder if I wired something incorrectly.
