Default Replacing DRL / Turn lights with LED - 1 issue

I have a 01 WS6 TA, I grew tired of purchasing new harnesses and incandescent bulbs so I went with LED's for my DRL / Flashers and wanted to stay with 3157NA's for the bulbs.
I purchased the following items.

disclaimer - I am only adding links to help inform you of what I purchased.

3157 LED Resistor Kit, 50W 6 Ohm Turn Signal Bulb Relay Harness Resistor Adapter Turn Signal Bulb Relay Harness 3157 3157 LED Resistor Kit, 50W 6 Ohm Turn Signal Bulb Relay Harness Resistor Adapter Turn Signal Bulb Relay Harness 3157

When starting the project yesterday, my driver-side and passenger-side DRL harness was already cut out.
I started with the passenger side, and after not getting the results I wanted, I stopped, cussed, then cleaned up.
I say this because you mentioned that BOTH sides need to be working before testing to make sure it all works correctly.

So when I started my project, I connected the resistor pack, first link above, to my passenger side DRL harness with electrical tape temporarily to get a working setup before going all in and soldering / heat-shrinking.

I used one of my new 3157NA LED lights linked above and plugged it into the socket that twists into the bottom of the DRL / Flasher lense housing under the front bumper cover, but just let it hang.

This is my result.

1) Key off, I turn on my running lights, and all is well. I do this by twisting the light switch one click clock-wise so it turns on my fogs, front amber running lights, and rear tail-lights etc.
2) Key on, all lights off, my DRL lights up BRIGHT all is well so far.
3) Key on, all lights off, driver blinker ON, my LED bulb barely flashes. The light is bright, but when it flashes it VERY SLIGHTLY dims then back to normal. The timing is correct of the flashing, but the bulb does NOT turn off all the way it seems during the flasher sequence. Rear looks and works fine.
4) Key on, running lights on, blinker OFF, all is good here.
5) Key on, all exterior lights on ( headlights high and low with fogs on, rear on etc ) results are the same as above #3

Please keep in mind that while performing these tests, my front driver DRL / Turn harness is disconnected. Will this effect lighting? Should I do both sides and test before asking for further help? I did not think of this last night as I was frustrated and took a long time doing other things and feeling defeated.
To the best of my knowledge, I have the OE thermal flasher installed under the dash along with the hazard OE thermal flasher.

Should I replace both thermal flashers with the ones in the link below to be on the safe side? These are for LED and regular bulbs.

Does anyone here have any thoughts regarding this?
I really appreciate any help and thanks so much in advance!!

You don't need load resistors or any special harness. Just replace the flasher with a no-load / electronic flasher.

Also test them with the car running.

Thank you guys for the feedback.
Below I have created a quick youtube video to show the complete operation of the LEDs that I installed which are only fog lights and the Amber colored DRL running lights that double as turn signals. All other exterior lights are incandescent and halogen for my headlights.
I installed the LL552 flasher and I did not use the resistor packs that I originally purchased, it was simply plug and play after I replaced the burned harnesses, the fog lights were plug and play as well.
My issue now is it seems like my flashers flash just slightly too fast whether my engine is running or not when I use my flasher either side after I stop the flasher it seems it take a few moments for the light to recuperate and turn back on again. Also you can tell right before I flip up my main headlights that my passenger side DRL did not turn back on at all until the lights flipped up.
You can see all this in my quick video below.

Again thank you so very much for the assistance!
