Having issues with my car I’m pretty sure the fuse is a instrument panel 2 fuse and when I turn my car off the bcm keeps beeping with key out the the gauges are pretty much flickering up and down slightly. Once I unplug the fuse the beeping and gauges flickering goes away. My question is that does it control? I’d assume the instrument panel would’ve shut off but it doesn’t and everything works normal again without the fuse plugged in.
