Dim Headlights Help needed ASAP!

Dim Headlights Help needed ASAP! hey guys/gals.....
I cant figure it out... my driver side headlights have been very very dim here lately.
This is what happens... I turn them on and the high & low are dim on driver side. on the pass. side the low works fine,but the bright is dim. (this is when i have the low beams turned on). when i turn on the high beams just the passenger side works.... I am thinking i have a bad ground, or some sort of relay is corroded.... Has anyone ever had this happen before? Is there anything i could do to try and fix this problem.. I don't have warranty anymore so that option is gone.
