Aftermarket radio??

Aftermarket radio?? Ive heard that putting an aftermarket radio or screen in can affect your performance?? Is this true?? sounds kind of funny but he said it had something to do with your battery and all that?

Who told you this? HERESY!! J/K once the car is running, the only difference they would make is maybe a weight difference, and you would have to have a lot of stuff installed, like my car has. Also, you have a large system which the stock charging system cannot handle, which would lead to a fried alternator, and dead batteries. As long as you have at least 12 volts, performance will not be affected whatsoever. I think someone is pulling your chain...
