Default monsoon to aftermarket

ok, i want to take out my monsoon amp and put in an aftermarket one. my question is can i use all the wires going to the monsoon amp to power the after market amp? because it has the power, ground, and all the wires from the head unit to the speakers in the monsoon harness. this way i can use all the wires that are already there, so i don't have to rerun new wires through out the car. please let me know.

i'm using factory speaker wires on an amp and running at about 50rms. the ground, the power, and the remote all need to be new though.
