Here are some oddities that I have noticed:
* Sometimes I have to spin my **** to get the volume to change.
* Sometimes when I turn it up only a couple clicks, the volume goes down instead.
* Sometimes when I turn it down only a couple clicks, the volume goes up instead.
I'm on my third Monsoon headunit now (for other reasons) and all of them exhibited the same issues.

try doing this, it worked on my friends grand am, my other friends sunfire, and on my grand am(all ac delco cd players)...all i did was i kept turning the **** down for a minute or so with the radio on, for some reason it worked, i dont know why, but it did

Mine does the things that VIP1 mentioned too, though... eh, I'll be ripping the monsoon out next time I get a chance to work on the car anyway
