Default cd changer replacement ?

i got a new jvc cd changer for christmas and im not sure if they sell a unit that can use to directly mount the original harness to the new. the hook ups are totally difrent an body just change there 12disc without doing anything else but plug and play. the acdelco unit is just messing up on me daily so in with this new one.

If I understand the question correctly - No, you can't connect a JVC changer to the stock wiring (even with adapters) and have it work with the factory head unit. The only way you could connect any aftermarket changer (other than Neochanger) to the factory head unit is with an FM modulator and separate controller.

They used to make adapters to hook up aftermarket changers to stock hu. For some reason they no longer make those. So you might end up having to upgrade your hu to a JVC also.

that sux. i guess i may have to stay with stock. what is the neochanger?

Yes, but those adapters were for Alpine and Kenwood. And, as you said, they don't make them anymore - I guess there wasn't enough demand for them.
