Default to glue or not to glue

im in the process of sound deadning the car. ive got B-quiet extreme everywhere so far. im wanting to add jute backing into those echo chambers known as the rear quarters. im wondering though, will just shoving jute into the area behind the sail panels and over the wheel wells be good enough or do i need to glue the jute on top of the b-quiet? im not doing this to compete with my system or anything, i just want it to be quieter in the car and well the jute was free. so i might as well use it right? thanks
