Monsoon sound system I just bought a new car tonight and the speaker right behind the driver's seat is completely blown. Other than that I am pleasantly suprised at how good the stock system sounds. Anybody know where to get a replacement for it?
Go to the Dealer Both of mine went out. I looked for months for some stock replacements and could not find any with the right ohms. so I went see the Dealer and man they sound a whole lot better than blown ones

It's pretty hard to find aftermarket 2-ohm speakers and, although 4-ohm speakers can be used, it takes some planning to avoid having the replacements washed out by the remaining stock speakers (because the 4-ohm replacements will run at a significantly lower volume). Replacing all of the original speakers would solve that problem but will be quite a bit more expensive than buying a single stock replacement speaker.

Your right. I understand that a 4ohm will have a greater resistance to electrons then a 2ohm resulting in a slight change in volume. The reason I told him to get infinity is because they are a low cost/low wattage solution that will sound ALOT better then stock

Look to be pretty good. I have yet to hear a set. They are mostly known for their SQ amps.
