Default Problem with wipers

when i turn the wipers on they do nothing, the cruise control doesnt work either, but the when i use the windshield washer the wipers work????? Is it the wipers switch or is there a relay or something???

There is no relay in the wiper/washer circuit. Chances are that the problem is in the wiper switch assembly. There are actually four switches inside the assembly. Try the "mist" option on the switch because it is controlled separately from the ON and pulse settings. That might at least work until you can get the switch replaced (although it would be awkward to hold the switch on in a heavy rain).

hey and here in guam it rains real hard. . . . Ohh well thanks I have to go to the GM dealer here and see how much they'll rape me to put it in. . . . .
