Rear or Sail Panel for fill?

Rear or Sail Panel for fill? I know most say its unecessary, but I gotta have my fill. So, 6-1/2" coaxials in the sail panel or 4" components in the rear, what is the best solution for rear fill?
I'm planning on ditching the entire Monsoon in my '00 T/A and currently intending an Alpine HU and an Alpine 5 channel Amp to power 4 speakers and a sub in a drivers side subbox. The amp is 50w RMS to the four speakers and 200 amps to the sub. Maybe seems underpowered but I have this setup in my SuperCrew truck and I'm very happy with it. Just not sure about the speakers/location for the rear fill.

I went with 6 3/4" Alpines in the rear seat panel. They fit even though they are 1/4 larger. Off topic here but that 5 channel Alpine amp is really cheap on www.ikesound.com...I was thinking about doing the same exact thing.
