Will these work? Help!! Found these midbass speakers from Kicker SSMB6
specs are:
Size: 6 1/2in
Sensitivity: 88dB
Freq. Response: 30 - 500Hz
Recommended RMS power: 125Watts
Peak Power: 250Watts
Impedence: 4 ohms
Will these work to replace the factory subs on an 02 TA. thanks

Eh.. they would work but i think the stock would sound better.
Why? Well the stock sub is a 2ohm or dvc 4(2ohm). SO right there you are cutting the power in half. With that said, the Kicker says recommended power is 120watts. You might be giving it 25 with a 4ohm speaker.

One thing he didn't mention about those speakers are that they are a free air speaker and the RMS is actually rated at 8-125 watts. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...Name=WDVW&rd=1 Having free air capability alone should cause them to sound descent.
