Electric travel coolers I'm looking for an electric cooler for road trips. I'm still totally up in the air about the size (anything from 6-pack size to family size...maybe I'll get several), but I know I'd like it to be quiet.....and a built in power inverter would be nice so I can plug in other accessories too. (gps, cell, laptop) If you have a cooler you've been happy with, please post up about it.

well I havent experianced one with a built in power inverter...but i have used one when i took a trip to a car show...just be sure to unplug it when u turn off car...it will kill ur battery.....not from experiance...it says in owners manual...lol. but the one i used was bought at Wal-Mart....and it worked great. It was really quiet and didnt vibrate at all. it was the larger one that could hold a 12 pack and a few sandwiched..
