ok, i orderd a MTX 1000w 2ch amp. what would be a good set of 12" subs to go wit this amp? im looking for real clean sound and pretty loud. id pprofer MTX subs but i wana know what ya'll think. and i need subs for 1-1.5 airspace each. thanks!

what amp what ohm is it stable to briged? with 1 to 1.5 cu feet it must be a sealed box? what size subs? 8" 10" 12"? just 2 subs right?

I don't like MTX subs. I find JL's to be clean and tight. Personally I like Kicker also, but they take a little more air.

I just got two MTX thunder 5500s and they sound pretty good. Too damn loud, i actually wish i could turn the amp gains down but they are already as low as possible.

yeah, thats what i was lookin at, either the 5500 or 7500. i was also lookin at JLw3 but what would a good price be on them? and yes i want 12" and the box is sealed. the amp is the 974 or something like that its 500wx2 at 2ohms. what do you think about the new kicker CVR's also?
