Avic N1 and N2

Avic N1 and N2 what kind of luck do you have with yours. Im looking into buying one but i worry about the screen motor wearing out. Any thoughts about my purchase would be great. Thanks.
just an FYI with the N2 it is designed to not play a movie, etc on the screen while in motion, i believe that somehow between the navigation, or possibly accelerometers inside of the unit itself it will not allow you to play these things while in motion. the N1 does not have this feature. i personnally really like th N1 and havent seen any problems with them yet...

Ya the AVIC N2 won't play DVD's on that screen if the car is going over 3mph and I have yet to see any way to bypass this. However this unit will still send that DVD signal to other screen throughout the car, just not the main one. The N1 on the other hand taps into the parking brake and a switch can be easily made to bypass. Other then that, the only real feature to the new version is the NavTraffic via XM.
