Honestly, I really don't believe there is such a thing. As long as the whole system is equally proportional, it's just "louder" overall. And no, I don't listen at full tilt for every little trip to the grocery store.

The Kodas are DAMN nice. VERY happy with them. Money well spent. I have heard the original Focal K series. Before the power series came along last year or whenever. Liked them alot as well. Liked the K woofer better then the Utopia woofer even.... for some reason.

But I really can't make a valid judgement vs the Kodas. Haven't listened to the K's long enough or in the same install to really make a decision. I HAVE had plenty of time on the Kodas vs the Infinity Perfect's and my Kodas DOMINATE them!
