Arrow Shift light???

Were the hell does the green wire run to, i have one that went to a ground one that is a all time power when key is turned on were the hell does the other one go, i cant seem to find it at all.

If I understand you correctly, you have one wire (probably black) going to a ground, and another (probably red or pink) going to a switched +12v power. The third wire (green in your case) should be run to the tachometer signal wire from the pcm. See the following link for a more detailed description:
