Wiper problems- wont stop and wont spray Yesterday i was at a stop light and heard a noise coming from the engine that sounded like a tie fighter in star wars. Not really a grinding noise just an annoying buzz-like sound. The wipers started wiping a little bit then switching off and returning to the rest position then slightly wiping again. They wouldnt completely shut off, sort of like spazzing out. The washer fluid also doesnt spray out completely but instead spews out to the side. Even if I turn them on completely they wont actually wipe.
Is something shorted out? This has never happened before. It started right after I installed my new exhaust. Anyone experience this? any help would be great thanks
