Wire Length Help Needed

I will be ordering the wiring to hook up all my new equipment soon and am looking for advice on how much cable to order. This is what I am installing:

Clarion HU 6 preamps
CDT components up front
CDT 6.5" mids in sail panels
JL 10W3V2
Kicker KX700.5 amp (powering front components, sail panel speakers, and sub)

I'd like to mount the amp on the wall in the truck area opposite of the tailights... hopefully I can mount it there and not loose my TTop storage.

What lenghts of RCA cables, speaker wire, and power cable do I need to order?

I'd go with 16 or 17 ft' rca's, 20' power, 8' ground (cut off excess), and just get a 100' roll of speaker wire (14 gauge?).

I wired in 12 gauge speaker wire because i had lots of it from a previous install, but honestly, 12 gauge for front/sail panel speakers is overkill (unless you're running several hundred watts to the speakers). For a sub, 12 gauge is good.

you could always take a string and lay it down about where the wires would go, then measure the string. I would add a couple of feet just to be sure you're not short... that sucks.

yeah make sure to cut yourself slack, especially with the power wire. That stuff isn't cheap if you have to buy a new one because you cut it too short. Go with Zblack's idea with the string.

The string idea would work... however it is kinda hard to estimate speaker wire length using that.

I was hoping someone had installed aftermarket speakers with a 4 channel amp in their 4th gen... either no one has done this or it is a very technical question that no one has an answer to.
