Default Cigarette lighter is not working?

I need it for my V1. Where do I start looking for a problem? I have heard if it is a fuse the horn will not work. The horn works. TIA

More than likely the recepticle has gone bad... They're around $10 new.

It never hurts to check the fuse anyways.

Sounds like a good idea to change the receptor, BUT both are bad??? I would think it would be something else? I guess I should check the fuse. Which one is it?
