soundstream speakers?
As stated in the FAQ soundstream speakers in theory might work better with them being at 3 ohms.
From what I've been getting out of that thread, while hooking up the speakers though cutting and what not, it bypasses the amp and just uses the 4ohm setup directly from the headunit. (I may be wrong, thats where I need help at)
My question is, I might use some wiring adaptors (in picture below) to simplify the process, but I am wondering if these 3 ohm speakers will do me any good at the stock 2ohm power? What do you guys think?

The amp is capable of a 2 ohm load. The speaker actually decides the ohm load. Ohms is a measure of electron resistance. A 3 ohm speaker will bring the resitsance(ohms) down closer to two which is what it needs to be.
They make wire adapters so you dont have to cut a single wire. This makes it real easy to go back to stock.
