what can i run with this amp?

what can i run with this amp? Its an MA Audio amp a buddy gave me... its number is M683iX and its a 800watt 2 chanenl amp. the exacts are
2 x 180 RMS @ 4 ohms stereo
2 x 250 RMS @ 4 ohms stereo
1 x 800 watt max @ 4 ohm bridged

is that an OK amp for a average system. i wanna run a solo baric of some type and would prefer to keep it single (ie 1 12" or 1 10"). size of speaker and box kinda dont matter. tihs is going in my GMC Jimmy. if i cant rn a solo baric what averaged priced sub or subs would you recommend with tihs amp. i wanna it to hit fairly hard and sound somewhat crisp.

like what glenn? i want it to hit very hard but still using this amp. is that possible? is this amp any good? id like to stay with just one sub but will consider running two. if you want PM me with some ideas. also whats the cheapest flip up DVD player you can get?

Rocford p3 12 or t1 12.
jl 12w3 you could try a w6v2 but it would be 8 ohm mono or 4 ohm stereo.
The cheapest flip up I can get would be a soundstorm, soundstream, or a blaupunkt. The cheapest I would use is a pioneer or panasonic. I will pm you some prices from work in the morning.

my friend has a 2000 nissan exterra with the amp u described. he has 2 of them. one running his door speakers and aftermarket 6x9's and the other one running (2) 12 in. infinity reference subs. in a huge ported box that was custom made for those speakers and it is one of the best and loudest systems ive heard. i know that its mainly the box but the subs hold their own too. his infinity's out pound his old set up of (2) 12in audiobahn flame Q's. and those were loud. hope this helps.
