Angry Turn Indicator Issues

I did a search but bare with me here. My signals were not working about a month ago but the bulbs were good. So I replaced the "flasher" under the column and everything worked fine. Last week both my bulbs up front were literally broken. While they were broken, when I would signal, the indicator on the dash would flash very quickly. So I replaced the bulbs and it still flashes very fast, but I at least had signals again. Well today the left front bulb is out again! I am so lost as to what to replace!

No rain in the last several days. It drizzled today but I noticed it was out before hand.

Hmm I don't know. Mine were busting because water was getting into the casing that the bulb is in for the front turn signals/running lights. I took the casing out and drilled a few small holes in the bottom of it to allow draining and have not had a problem since.
