12 DISC changer error code help. E33 E35

Have the stock 12 disc changer and it is sending E33 or E35 error codes to the head unit. Changer is powered up lights on, can hear it load, but no play. Re cycled mag and door, disconnected and reconnected all no help.

Come on some one has had to of had a problem with this stock unit.
