another alarm install

another alarm install so i am going to be putting another alarm in my car. My last one, was just a cheap and easy install. Now that i have installed more alarms in cars, i figured it was time to re-do mine.
I am looking for a few suggestions:
first, where did you guys mount you blinking alarm light? I was thinking in the factory location, but i dont see how to get that damn thing out? Any help, or other recomondations?
2, where did you put your alarm brains? I want it out of the way, so it can not be easily unplugged. How about under the pass airbag? or perhaps behind the guage cluster?
3, did you guys use 2 relays for the locks, or did you use the DEI 451m that comes with the 791?

that is usually the first place a theif will look, and is not what i am after
